Yup! I turned it off. I just wanted to know and see clearly how the new versions are different but they're doing it in a very long-winded way.
I get that doing it live shows that they have nothing to hide (this time) but for me, it's unhelpful.

Not necessarily. It depends on the factory, the raw materials and the machinery that's being utilised.
It could be possible that they're produced in different factories, or on different factory lines entirely.

What's more likely is they share some production steps, but with the chip shortage there's a finite amount of PS5's that can be produced at a given time. Therefore it makes sense to prioritise PS5 production but produce 4s where 5 production is not possible due to the aforementioned shortage.

It's not 'bad', it's just disappointing. For a PS5 and PC release I think most people expected a lot better.

I guess the point I'm making is, even though HZD and GoW Ragnarok are cross-gen and held back by the PS4, they still punch way above their weight graphically (for now, anyway).

It remains to be seen if Forspoken can deliver open world gaming in a new and innovative way only made possible by the latest technology. That would be something to set it apart.

I'm sure this will look great but I'm feeling burnt out with all of these open world foresty type games. Rural environments just aren't as interesting as they used to be for me because I can name so many that have been executed really well.

I really want to see how this gen handles urban cities full of advanced NPC animations, AI, cars, planes etc.

Re: Best GTA Games

Usually in life, the anticipation of things last much longer and is more impactful than the thing itself.

But GTA SA is the only game I can remember that flipped that completely for me. It's head and shoulders above every other GTA game for so many different reasons.
