I haven't encountered any issues and I think I'm nearing the end. The only issue I've seen is an enemy clipping through a wall but that didn't really bother me.
I must admit, my heart sank a little bit when I heard Bloober team were doing the Silent Hill 2 remake. Mainly because of the inconsistent quality of games they had put out but I have been well and truly proven wrong with Silent Hill 2. I really hope they get to remake another one
I thought it was decent but fell under the category of 'iterative sequel' that last year was so well known for.
Spider-Man 1 had the advantage of being the best Spider-Man game thus far and it was always going to be hard to top.
As a die hard Spider-man fan, I felt that Insomniac deviated too far from the source material and I didn't really like how Peter was pushed to the side in favour of Miles.
It was a solid sequel though. Didn't under or overwhelm me.
To say that Spider-Man 2 is one of the most disappointing games in recent memory because it didn't get DLC is utterly laughable. Twitter / X proving again that it's just an echo chamber for adult babies.
@Rob_230 I've kind of switched up how I play video games this year. I used to just commit to one game at a time and would usually get burned out on a 70+ hour JRPG but I'm now ok with leaving a game for a couple of months and coming back to it if something smaller comes along that I really want to play.
I do agree that publishers need to chill a bit and stop pumping out so many games. Especially big epic open world games with too much padding.
I can't wait to play Astrobot. I think I'm going to get it round Christmas time. Feels like a Christmas day game to me haha.
This is cool. I actually have a real pack of sabac cards that I bought from Galaxy's Edge which I'm still yet to learn how to play. Hopefully this game will teach me.
@Th3solution My only guess is that dev teams are struggling to make larger scale games run smoothly using Unreal Engine 5?
You do make a good point about GTA 6 though. It looks too good to be true on modern consoles (even if we've only seen a brief trailer so far). It might be an arms race at this point to see which console will be better to play what will undoubtedly be the biggest (and most profitable) game of the generation.
Strange that they're doubling down on resolution and performance when it's become evident that these types of games are too expensive to make a profit from. PS5 is fine where it is and they need to focus on making the game fun and at a fair price point.
Still need to play the DLC (hoping they put it all on one disc) but really.enjoyed my time with this game. I'm glad I didn't get to experience what it was at launch
@Porco Yeah, it's pretty hard to find now! Yeah, Gravity Rush Remastered is pretty pricey here too! Another one I wish I'd bought when it was easily available!
@Porco Well, I don't like owning / playing games digitally. So if it gets a reprint, I would love to snap it up as the PS4 physical copies are currently pretty expensive
Sounds like the beginning of the end for Microsoft as console manufacturers. Makes sense for them to do a Sega and focus solely on the games.
Don't get me wrong, I have a Series S and I like the console, they ain't winning this console generation though and as rich as Microsoft are, they can't just keep on losing money

Re: Stealth Issues Still the Focus of Star Wars Outlaws PS5 Patches
@MikeOrator Both those games were completely overhauled. Outlaws is just going to get little patches that wont completely fix the game
Re: Stealth Issues Still the Focus of Star Wars Outlaws PS5 Patches
@AhmadSumadi Nope. The stealth mechanics are fundamentally bad and they would need to rework the whole game to make them good. A patch can't do that.
Re: Stealth Issues Still the Focus of Star Wars Outlaws PS5 Patches
Patches can't fix bad stealth mechanics

I'll be one of the minority with the Gamepass subscription not playing this game when it comes out

@Rob_230 It's still sat on my shelf ready to start. I know if I do, it'll be another game in the unfinished pile (like Rebirth)
Re: Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii Dodges Monster Hunter Wilds with New PS5, PS4 Release Date
Ah yes, because we'll definitely get a Yakuza game done in 1 week
Re: Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered Sounds Like a Ridiculously Good PS5 Upgrade
@Areus Yeah, seems that people don't read articles either and think that all Sony studios are only working on remasters
Re: Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered Sounds Like a Ridiculously Good PS5 Upgrade
I won't be playing Horizon Zero dawn again, but I'm not going to have massive tantrum over it either.

@AhmadSumadi It's ok, I wouldn't expect any less from this site
Re: Poll: What Review Score Would You Give Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown?
It's ok but massively overrated. People saying it's the best Metroidvania ever made are out of their minds
Re: Rocksteady Lifts Suicide Squad Alpha NDA in Apparent Bid to Counter Damning Previews
I got bored of the alpha almost immediately after finishing the tutorial.
Like everyone else has said, the gameplay is just too repetitive and they didn't pick the right characters to diversify the gameplay.
