Bought Alan Wake not long ago for next to nothing, I've yet to play all the other COD games that have been given away through plus. maybe one day haha. Endling however looks different so I will give that a go!

I'm taking my time with it and it's great. Just over the 70% mark and had the most epic boss battle!

I'll get around to Tears of the Kingdom, one day maybe. Just got Ganon to beat in the main quests for Breath of the Wild. Really enjoying FFXVI, Just reached the capital looking forward to seeing where it's heading, aside from the obvious extremely awesome Dominants duking it out.

More Last of Us and Horizon are in the works. So I'd imagine they more than made their money back.

Great game so far, about 20 hours in. Side quests are fine, Not as boring as they are being made out to be. one even made me laugh and another tear up a little .

Where is all the sex/nudity and swearing we were promised? I'm assuming all that comes in the back half of the game as it's pretty tame for an 18 so far. Still an 11/10 game despite it's flaws!

Loving the game. according to my PS5 I'm about 40% done, The battle music is excellent, love hearing Clive shout "Not this time" after a dodge and then going in for a counter attack!

It looks like we are all old 🤣. I have to wait until tomorrow now to play. It's at my delivery office which is just around the corner, yet they didn't deliver. Must have just missed today's load 🤷‍♂️

I had it on in the background while playing Breath of the Wild. It was fine, I wouldn't say it was any better or worse than the PlayStation and SGF ones. Across all presentations there are plenty of games coming for all types of gamers!

Final fantasy XVI. I'll get SF6 in a sale at some point. Not sure about Diablo. Never played one of those before.

@TheArt I love them all. So long as I sprinkle in different types of games and indies in-between. I don't know how you do it, jumping between all the different open world games at the same time.

I watched it last night, after setting up my new Router as previous one died on Tuesday. I honestly think everyone is overreacting as there was some damn fine looking games in the showcase.

I'm a very patient person and I know we will see the first party stuff when it's ready. I'd love some new genres and types of gameplay to emerge as much as anyone and online multiplayer isn't really my thing although I do play from time to time. But the doom and gloom needs to stop. At the end of the day it's just games and If certain ones aren't for you simply don't play them, something for everyone was on show. I love gaming as a hobby but I know when to walk away and do other things to keep it fresh.

Barely gamed this year and it's not because of the lack of awesome games. Can't decide what to play half the time as I'm spoiled for choice and end up picking up a book instead as I'm really enjoying reading at the moment!

Final Fantasy XVI will take the top spot in a few weeks time!

Probably some Horizon Burning Shores to go along with this beauty. Never thought it would see the light of day, as gorgeous as the game itself!

I had to get up for work this morning, it's all Jim Ryan's fault 🙄.

I reckon Final Fantasy XVI could be game of the year. I'm sure TotK is a fine game but I've Just restarted Breath of the wild, as I didn't get far through it when I originally picked it up. So be a while before I play the sequel. Same for Spider-man 2. I loved the first one and MM so fingers crossed it's not just a bigger version of those and does something different!

I just love the combat loop in this game and the new abilities added with Burning Shores makes it even better. It's so much fun just wandering around and discovering stuff. Best way to play these games are to ignore the map, turn off the markers and you'll have an amazing experience, and if your like me you'll constantly jump into photo mode and lengthen that playtime even more!

Just watching the credits roll after finishing the final main mission in Burning Shores. Excellent game, can't wait to see where they go for the third one.

Started Burning Shores last night, have done one main mission and one sidequest so far. Both superb, can't wait to play more later tonight!

Even though this site is great with not spoiling stuff, I'm not going to read the review. I already bought it knowing it was going to be great. Will be playing tomorrow night and Saturday night. Can't wait to dive back in!

Is it not the weekend yet? Looking forward to diving back in. Probably one of my favourite gaming world's out there. No doubt I'll be stopping every few minutes to go on a photoshoot. Forget Pokémon Snap, Horizon Snap is the business!

Everything is ready to go. Ended up playing for an hour just to get myself a new Sunwing and ended up doing several battles. Can't wait to get stuck into Burning Shores at the weekend!

My most anticipated game this year, not watching anything other than the first footage that was shown. Played XV, VII, IX a bit of X and VIIR in that order. I have all available games on PS5 and will probably get the I-VI but need to actually play them. So many hobbies, so little time!

I bought Atilier Ryza 1&2 in the last sale for under £50, have enough games. Just need to play them now!

@Nightcrawler71 I've barely gamed at all this year. Can't settle on a game and switch off Like yourself after 5-10 minutes. I've found I'm enjoying reading more this year than any other hobby. Hopefully I'll be in the mood for Burning Shores later this month though.

Family gathering for the weekend and any free time I have will be spent reading Final Empire. I did play a bit of Hotline Miami and tried out Bedman? Last night whilst downloading HFW and a few other games in preparation for Burning Shores and some future games to play!

I'll be reading Final Empire and The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas. Going to see John Wick Chapter 4 tomorrow. Can't decide what game to play at the moment, so PS5 is just for Blu ray and DVD's.

Reminds me of the comedian Paul Chowdhry but with grey hair 😂

@Grimwood I disagree, I've seen plenty movie sites review t.v. shows and games. Visual novels are interactive and just another genre under the gaming banner.

I only really know of him from Horizon and John Wick. Such a damn shame.

Picked up the wick trilogy from my in-laws just tonight so I could do a re-watch before going to see chapter 4.

@RemembersGems Lets you see everything in the game and adds extra challenge. If you just blitz the story you might miss a good chunk of content.

@thefourfoldroot1 folks will be buying PS5's just to play the game. I might get it in a deep sale in the future, but not really a potter fan.

Hopefully will be finished reading Surface Detail this weekend. Have been playing Rainbow Billy on PS5 and Eastward on Switch, but finding reading more exciting at the moment!

Very excited. Hope it lives up to the 18 on box art. Love a good dose of dark fantasy.

This is the game I'm most excited for this year. I quite like that they change up the formula just as RGG has done with Yakuza/Like a Dragon.

I'm also 6'4 and my wife is 5'3 so that's probably pretty accurate. Hopefully get to play this at some point In the future!

I'm tired of the Superhero stuff now, under the DC and Marvel banner at least. Being always online is a big nope from me also.
