Re: Sony Quietly Pulls 'Eslop' Titles in Face of Mounting Pressure

Nakatomi_Uk

How did that person whoever keeps pumping out Jumping Cheese, Jumping (insert food item or animal here) still on there that's another one that should be gone

There is one Supermarket Simulator that's on Steam in Early Access and oddly enough it's on PS5 called supermarket Simulator Manager looks identical but it uses an AI picture and it looks nothing like it. But it looks exactly the same as the PC version not sure if someone has stolen the game or it's the same person

Re: Free PS Plus Extension for All Members Affected by PSN Outage

@PuppetMaster You will never ever prevent DOS attacks if that's what it was it could have been a severe failure or upgrade that didn't work it could have been many many things that went wrong. The money from subs will go towards other games, again server costs maintaining the servers etc you clearly have no idea at all how it works. The may earn billions but they are under close scrutiny how how they spend it because they are like many other companies ran by and with shareholders in mind first and foremost.

If you think in today's world internet attacks shouldn't happen then your living in a different world

Re: Free PS Plus Extension for All Members Affected by PSN Outage

Nakatomi_Uk

@PuppetMaster I think because you see 3 large corps that have plenty of money that they should fund the costs of servers, maintenance, upgrades etc themselves. Do you realise the cost it takes to actually have something set up to let the world play online??

They don't just have servers in the US they have them everywhere which means paying people to fix them at the rate that country pays etc. New servers aren't cheap and you need a lot of them not just a few, just because Steam doesn't and have never charged doesn't mean everything can be free.

Sony did it for free on PS3 but that was incentive to get people to buy the console and it took a few years to get somewhere. Then they realised to make it compete with Xbox Live they needed to charge hell even Nintendo had too for Switch in the end.

Playing online costs and for 365 years a one off fee plus discounts to games free monthly games I don't think your getting robbed at all. Yeah sure the games lately have been lackluster but again I've had some great discounts on some games and DLC I don't think it's bad as you think it is

Re: Death Stranding 2: Everything We Know So Far

Nakatomi_Uk

Crazy how it's an exclusive I feel that type of game is dead in the water now as competition is no longer like it used to be. Yet since Sony don't have anything right now for PS5 themselves it's a decision I understand but why it's not coming to PC at the same time baffles the hell out of me even more.

Re: Report Investigates Why PS5's Store Is Still Drowning in 'Eslop'

Nakatomi_Uk

@AndyKazama Everyone one of those asset flips games for 89p like Stroke the animal or food jump are only for that to pay and get easy platinums. Super market simulator manager is one that frequently pops up that's 12 trophies server 1 customer then 2 all the way to 12 for the platinum that's it your don't don't even have to play the game and it's £5 that game.

I'm sick and tired of it we need to be able to block publishers and Devs

Re: Report Investigates Why PS5's Store Is Still Drowning in 'Eslop'

Nakatomi_Uk

Did someone take my post I made on the forum a while back about this ????

Nintendo cannot check at all that's BS have you seen that eShop slop as well, they have all followed Steam Greenlight when that used to do it as well until Valve stepped after massive back lash

Every good game is pushed down the list for fake simulator games I wish I could block Devs and publishers on PSN

Re: Emergency Hotfixes Live for Botched Spider-Man 2 PC Port

Nakatomi_Uk

When your releasing emergency hotfixes for your game you know it should have been delayed even more, because their mindset was clearly to release now hope it passed steams 2hr refund marker without issues so makes refunds harder (depends). And fix their game going down the line it's another TLOUP1 fiasco that was an absolute cluster of a launch for PC and today it still doesn't work right even with powerful GPUs, that game should have been pulled and totally redone

Re: Borderlands 4 Boasts Series' 'Deepest and Most Diverse' Skill Trees

Nakatomi_Uk

Borderlands 1 and 2 were great 2 was especially brilliant because of Handsome Jack and the guy who voiced him. The jokes were fun and it was just a great experience to play even with friends, I tried 3 a few months back graphics took a while since it's not shell shades any more but to be honest it looked better. Just the characters story we're awful and I couldn't keep myself playing it anymore probably be the only BL game I'll never finish. Need to try wonderland next the first Tales of Borderlands was brilliantt need to play 2nd one

Re: Fallout: New Vegas Writer Returns 14 Years Later, But Quickly Shuts Down Sequel Hopes

Nakatomi_Uk

I would love to see a remaster that's fixed and works on modern systems especially on PC with more then 4GB of RAM. It would be nice to see it in a new engine maybe fallout 4s engine at least so it can play on rigs that in today's world usually have 16GB+.

I have it on PC I got it and it was a code for Steam my first ever steam game I bought but the i can't be bothered with all the mods to make it work

Re: Reassigned BioWare Staff Might Not Get to Go Back to Developer

Nakatomi_Uk

EA are bleeding money Bioware is going to be absorbed and gone at some point this year they can't keep making games that are not selling what EA want.

EA would do well at this point making remasters of old titles because it's the only thing that would sell. I've no confidence in them bringing back an IP and remaking it Dead Space Remake looks amazing but has ***** performance on PC and they never fixed it, it got good scores and they walked away after a memory leak fix for an iron Man game.

They cancelled Dead Space 2 remake because 1 didn't sell enough, so remasters would be the only thing they really have. Wouldn't cost as much to do etc I don't even trust them for a new Battlefield 4 was the last one I played and absolutely enjoyed

This new Mass effect is going to be another Anthem

Re: Spider-Man 2's Looking Like Another PC Own Goal from Sony

Nakatomi_Uk

I didn't know it was out until a pop up window came up when I logged onto steam, I got the first one and Miles Morles. I have 2 on my PS5 as my girlfriend loves them but even she said 2 was rather boring and hasn't even finished it, me I can't be bothered to even play it. I finished the first one on PS4 but can't be bothered to do the DLC to it I only need 2 more costumes for it's platinum but again had to do new game+ and can't be bothered to get to the screwball challenges to get the tokens.

Re: Classic The Sims Launches on PC, But No Sign of the PS2 Versions

Nakatomi_Uk

Its also probably the fact that Sims 5 was cancelled it was in pre production and then EA just cancelled it because I think that other game Xnos or however it's spelt sort of made Sims a joke with it's Disney graphics. Were as the the other game uses Unreal engine yet it's early access on steam but recently they have lost a lot of share prices and are cutting back as well. This is probably just to claw back some money from the die hard Sims fans mostly

Re: Following Ferocious PC Backlash, PSN Accounts Will Become Optional But Offer In-Game Rewards

Nakatomi_Uk

Ironic isn't Hulst gets sort of dropped as Co-Ceo and then they announce that it's sort of mandatory now for PC gamers?? Should have been like this in the first place Helldivers 2 would probably have a larger pool of players. Maybe the should just bring it back and say it's mandatory for that as well and offer maybe super credits like say 500 as a starting bonus

Helldivers 2 needs more trophies to be honest
