@HonestHick so what? Does it mean I won't be able to play sonys big games if they are on PC day 1 or a bit later down the road? It has zero impact on me or the ps players that are not interested in gaming on a PC. I see your point and I'm not disrespecting you but it's irrelevant to be honest.

Oh no another ps5 game being ported to the PC. Whatever will I do? How will I manage? Who cares? Why is it so bad that pc gamers get to play a game you've already been playing? Do pc gamers complain when the games they have been playing get ported to the consoles? I understand its not been out for a year yet but really get a grip people as there are much bigger issues to be worried about. I'm personally having night terrors that season 3 of gangs of london may be the last entry..

Diablo 4 this weekend although if my co-op partner is busy I may jump on dead island 2 for a bit of zombie mayhem. Have a great weekend everybody 👍.

@RiverGenie thanks for the info as I didn't know if poe had couch co-op but I knew everything else you mentioned being a hard core diablo fan since the first game launched. I love them and it's my fave genre along side the souls games.

@Titntin path of exile is a really good alternative to diablo. The only thing I wasn't too keen on was the crafting as its a bit convoluted and confusing. Considering it's a free to play title the updates and free content is immense. Not sure if it has couch co-op though but it's still well worth a butchers.

@Titntin I was under the impression from a conversation a while back that you were boycotting this game. I'm glad you changed your mind even if you don't enjoy d4 that much but I was taken aback a bit that you bought it.

@Titntin I don't know if you've played d4 since the latest update but it's a he'll of a lot better than it was at launch. I'm approaching 300 hours and whilst the campaign is mediocre I'm having a blast in the dungeons. The torment levels are mental but I have to concede that it's not for everybody. I enjoyed d3 and I really like d2 as I think that had the best story out of all of them. Have you tried path of exile?

I've bought the expansion but I've not jumped into it as a mate from work just bought d4 and the expansion so I'm playing through the main story and then we will jump into the expansion..so much has changed and for the better too. Awesome game.

Well seeing as I'm a total souls type game aficionado and can't get enough of them I'll always read these articles. What gets me is the amount of people who don't like these games or are getting bored of them clicking on the article to read just so they can tell the world how much disdain they have stored up. Everybody's entitled to their opinion but I just don't understand why you bother to take the time to read and comment about something you know you are not going to be into. I'd rather read comments from the gamers that these type of games are aimed at. I've liked the look of this from the first reveal and I'll be buying it in all likelihood. Bring on more of these arpg's as they are my cuppa.

£10 for this is a bargain. This is no "cash grab" in any sense. If it was the same price as most pointless remasters then "cash grab" would be apt..this is how remasters should be priced.

Surprisingly more useful than I thought it would be.

I haven't played it for a while but I'll jump back in soon and check it out.

@LavenderShroud @DennisReynolds I'm with you two on this. I was pretty much going to say the same. I'm actually looking forwards to the game just to see how many of the nay sayers have a turn about and say how it's such a great game...oh and I want to play it too of course.

@Nyne11Tyme I'm not going to argue sales figures but in relation to how much it must have cost to have produced those cartridges compared to a single disc would have been way more expensive. I hate to think how much those cartridges would cost to make today. I understand production values in today's games are through the roof but the games are hardly launching in a perfect state something those cartridge based games had to as they couldn't be patched. £70 for almost finished games is disgusting and to be loaded up with mtx's too..its a sad state of affairs at the moment and I doubt it will get better.

@Nyne11Tyme I could understand why cartridges were more expensive with all the chips and circuit boards etc so I find it even more difficult to get behind the cost of modern games. I bought wukong for £55 which I find acceptable but I'll never spend over £60. My wife bought me diablo 4 as a gift and I wasn't happy until she told me she used nectar points so I suppose it cost nothing in the long run. Going back to cartridges I remember buying starfox for the snes on import with an adapter made by datel for over a £100 and I think my American copy of smash TV was around £75 but I was young,had hair and didn't care.

@MFTWrecks I agree. The price of games has been a talking point ever since the ps5 launched. £70+ for day one releases is too expensive and I'll either wait for a sale or see if I can find a physical copy online cheaper. If pushsquare actually paid attention to the comments section they would have realised this article is pointless and isn't news to us.

@nomither6 I agree. This game is very mediocre. It's not bad but it's nothing special either.

60 fps check...somewhat muddy visuals? Either set your tv up properly or get your porky pies checked. Obviously a bit of a softer image if that's what you meant but muddy? Sharp as a razor on my TV.

@Medic_alert this game is awesome and was not too difficult to be honest..bloodborne was a hell of a lot harder. Give it a go.

@Bentleyma I like the idea of people having choices to play games in whatever mode makes them happiest.

Getting a very big torchlight/kingdoms of avalor vibe from this..I need to see more actual gameplay footage but for £20 it's grabbed my interest as I just can't resist a good arpg game.

@Flaming_Kaiser you are correct. It has the introduction to the game on the disc and then it takes forever to download and install the rest of the game. It didn't stop me from enjoying the game but it's not the only physical release that does this and there's too many to list.

I really love this game. I'm not a Harry Potter fan but the game just looked awesome enough for me to warrant a purchase and I loved everything about it. The games devs catered to everybody but it still wasn't enough to stop people from trying to cancel it. More of the same is something I'm looking forwards to.

@Kenobi42 there are loads of games that are worth the fee. It all depends on what type of games you like. I'll admit I don't find every game appealing to me each month but there is usually always something I'll play. If I only get 3 or 4 games a year then it's paid for itself therefore its definitely worth the fee. At least you have the free to play section and there's quite a few good games in there but unfortunately for you most are online multiplayers.

Well I purchased the diablo 4 expansion so this weekend is all about d4. Just got to chapter 5 on wukong and even though its an epic game I need a break from it so this weekend is diablo 4..have a great weekend folks 👍,

@Nepp67 @Doctor_BK I'll have a look if it goes free to play. This is how it should have launched anyway. I have no problem if a game is free to play and is full of mtx's as the game has to have a means of supporting itself etc but full price games that are chock full of mtx's and season passes are a big no from me. I love diablo 4 but that season pass is just so wrong as you just can't earn enough in game credits to pay for the next pass. Warzone did it right and that grind for the tokens sucked me right in and I loved the game too. I think concord could become a hit if they implement a similar battle pass system akin to warzone but I doubt they will. Hopefully concord will become a success story for Sony.

I'm not sure about these games. I love over the top violent games (the more violent the better) especially after a day at work with a few world class turds but these 2 games just look a bit crap..should I try them? I really enjoy hatred on the pc and I wish they would port it to the ps5. Australia would love that game 🤣.

So a game that's suffering from a troubled development process and a team working on it that quite clearly are fed up of working on it too? Obviously the games going to be perfect in every way as in no day one patch,solid frame rates and amazing gameplay seeing as the team are 100% supporting it. He's been carrying the video game industry for years has he? I like the metal gear solid universe and it's bonkers characters but I think kojima is massively over rated and to be honest the industry can and will survive if he ever calls it quits. I personally find it a bit insulting to other publishers and developers that this guy is described as "carrying the video game industry." So disingenerous.

If ever a game deserved a full on ps5 remaster it's this one. Sony really dropped the ball with this one and I'll never forgive them for it. This game was never "archaic" and had the best weather effects ever in a racing game. Such a shame and such disgusting complacency on show by Sony.

I'll play the halo series again no problem. I'd much rather have gears of war or forza but halos nothing to be sniffed at.

Ahhh Wikipedia. A great tool in the right hands but as seen in this instance it's used by tools or a tool..I use Wikipedia but I don't take everything I read as verbatim. I did edit the dario argento page as there was some very misleading information regarding the re release of tenebrae insisting it was fully uncut when it actually had over 5 secs still removed and a few other little discrepancies on other movies..suspiria being another factually incorrect entry.

Still playing wukong (still loving it) but i did download the last of us part 1 ps5 remake to see how it fares up against the remaster and also to see if I can actually finish it before terminal boredom sets in. I also have dead space waiting in the wings too. Have a great weekend everybody 👍.

I would like to see some first party games on the ps5. I'm enjoying the ps5 games that non Sony devs are producing but I'd really like some Sony games. As for games being ported to the PC..who cares? Let people play them on the pc if that's what they wish. We have been playing these games for years already so how does it impact ps4/ps5 owners? It dosnt so I don't understand when people get upset about it. Maybe buy or build a rig so you don't feel left out or betrayed by Sony.

Well I would expect it to. There really is no excuse moving forwards for Sony's consoles to not be able to run it's ps4 catalogue and improve the ps4's games performance levels. The architecture is more and more like a PC so should in theory play every game thus making the PlayStation eco system much more viable and tempting to people who haven't moved on from the ps4 yet.
