Damn, that was such a timesink. And being who I am I had to go for 100% and torture myself with all these way too many minigames.
But a lot of people seemed to like it so I guess it makes sense to include it again ><

This was a great game. Played it 2 times with different characters and it was a vastly different experience gameplay-wise. Excited to try the new version with the 3rd character^^

Can't blame Bungie for everything, but I sincerely doubt they lead any true decisions anymore in terms of what gets greenlit. I also don't think they are entirely (or at all) to blame for the already greenlit projects.
There are plenty of bad decision makers everywhere, not just at Bungie xD

This is the incentive I needed to give it another shot a play it all the way through. Nothing beats local coop with these games^^

I still use my PS3 daily^^ it's still the most convenient way to copy all my downloaded videos over and watch em on it. It still has one of the best video players too..
I am working on a networking solution via windows tablet to finally sunset it this or next year. Don't want my big OLD baby dying on me some day out of the blue.

The store though...will probably close in the same year they get their PS3 classics up and running on PS.....6?

I wonder how many more times I can experience the same old story and still feel SOMEthing. At least they got some what-if scenarios. Still need to see some loose let's plays after release to make a decision..

Anyway still waiting for some real gameplay from start to finish with the HUD and everything. Can't quite wrap my mind around it yet, but it looks stylish at least which is enough for now^^

@Nicekix : Just a guess and I'm trying to be objective here. It would probably be something more cinematic (as is most often the case) so maybe FF7 Rebirth? Though I think the GOTY for 2024 hasn't released yet^^
For me personally, so subjective, it is already set in stone with Trails into Daybreak of course -.-

I prefer the sexy style of the devs just as someone looking at it from the outside. Why does it have to be accurate? Artists are free to express themselves how they feel. No one is forcing it down your throat. There are literally millions of other games for people to enjoy. Go find something else to play instead of wasting time bi**ing about it on the internet -.-'

I'm on the US Server and it's working. Just redeemed another $20 with no problems

I'll probably be waiting until all the DLC is out and buy it on sale. That will probably get most of the bugs away too. There's still a little too much to catch up to for me right now. And other games I'm more excited about that'll come out in the meantime.
Still if there's any problem I like having, it's being overwhelmed with too many great games^^

so far not crazy about the field battle system. But they still got some chapters to convince me. Story is top-tier though, as usual.

A little surprised they actually put in the work and not waiting for the easy way out with PS5pro or PS6.
Then again, Capcom's been pretty good these last years. Maybe I'll give this game a shot sooner rather than later.

@Mustoe Still don't care about the topic really, but physical WILL stay as long as consoles come with a disc-drive or cartridge slot. Of COURSE you can't take my words quite that literally. No, they won't be around for the next 1000 years, but you can count on the next two generations (so about 20 years at least) to support them. The last domino will fall when Nintendo drops support, but they are very japanese-focused and their customers swear by physical. This will take quite a while yet, buddy.

It's all business at the end of the day. If their beancounters can convince Sony that they can make even MORE money by releasing it later or in a specific scenario they'll do it. Simple as that.

Don't care about Metal Slugs, but I like tactics games. Normally medieval ones, but it has a nice art style. Definitely on my radar at least.

If there is anything I have learned over the years it's that the expectations of the masses cannot be properly managed, ever.

The better performance will have to wait until PS5 Pro or PS6 xD

Games take 30-50% longer to make now than they did in 2016. I don't expect any worthwhile Showcases from Sony until 2025. And I mean Showcases not their State of Plays like today. I also think the Showcases will happen in a 2-3 year cadence in the future unless they try to partner with a lot of third parties (but they all wanna have their own streams now).

It's kinda all about expectations. We have more than enough games to play in the meantime.
