I will be hanged for saying this but I prefer to work to get these cars. Forza Horizon 5 just throws them at you all the time. Where's the fun in that?

I didn't realise it was removed. It a first for me 🙂 Thanks for the kind words. I can say the same about you. I did pop up at Pure Xbox, but not Nintendo Life 😉 As for this entire situation, it is getting out of hand. Even I was hoping PD would take no longer than a day for maintanance.

I see your point and I understand it's frustrating for those who are keen on playing the game daily. I suppose I've grown indiffirent to such issues as most, if not all, games have teething issues at launch these days. Also, I happen to really like Cyberpunk 2077 😜 Guess that makes me a heretic even more.

It looks great to me but it will still land in my backlog even if it launches in October. Too many games, too little time (and money).

Ugh. I saw the title and for a second I thought this was about the new game featuring Astro. Love the little guy and so does my daughter.

GT7. I didn't know I needed Music Rally in my life. Loving the game overall, but mostly the Dual Sense implementation, the amazing graphics, soundtrack and the improved engine sounds.

Maybe it's just me but I was excited every time a new content update was to be released for GT Sport. Just guys speculating on what it could be, what cars might be included gave me something more than just racing to look forward to. I'm happy GT7 is following the same path 🙂 not long to go now!

My money is on PS6!

Ladies and gentlemen, we have reached the point when gaming sites need to remind gamers that it's actually ok to enjoy various games... Who would have thought it possible? 🙄

I almost finished Dark Souls 1 and bounced off of Bloodborne, but I'll buy Elden Ring eventually. When it hits the bargain bin and gets some patches to fix the fps.

Not happy but I couldn't care less. I've got RE Village and CP2077 to finish. Then Mafia 2, 3 and GT7 are waiting for me so I'm good. I'd rather have Sony confirm that PS Plus revamp at long last.

I'm playing Resident Evil Village and CP2077. Both excellent games! GT7 is pre-loading as I'm typing this. The hype is real!

I'd be ok with the premium option if the classic games were worth it. Streaming I have no issue with. Colour me interested. Especially as my Game Pass Ultimate sub expires in May and I'm not renewing it.

Hit the nail on the head here mate. I love Dirt Rally, but anything else from Codies has been a miss for me lately. I hope they realise at some point that they are sitting on IPs like Motorstorm and Driveclub and letting them rot (what? I do like my simcade or even arcade racer every now and then 😁).

I prefer my racing games on the serious side of things. GT7 and Assetto Corsa Competizione PS5 version for me (going to wait for reviews and tests of the latter to see if the improvements are substantial). Grid hasn't been good since 2008. Don't expect this to be any different.

Been listening to Persona 5 OST on and off for at least a year or so. I have yet to play Strikers, need to finish P5 first. This is the first jrpg I've ever enjoyed lol (I don't know if Yakuza counts- by the way, Yakuza's OST is also great).

I'll happily play Team Sonic Racing with my daughter so I'm ok with this selection.

Oh no!! Anyway... (yup, that's all I have to say)

The butthurt of some people still unable to get over CP2077 is mind-numbing... We get it, you hate the game and the devs. Go peddle your whining somewhere else. On topic: I'm on my 3rd playthrough and loving it. Everything feels so much better now on PS5.

Already pre-ordered and I hope a pre-load is in the cards so I can start playing the minute this beauty becomes available 🙂 Haven't been this excited about a new release since TLoU2.

I actually really enjoyed Silent Hill movie adaptation (the one with Sean Bean) and the original Mortal Kombat. Don't see a reason to watch Uncharted as the games themselves are cinematic enough for me. Glad to see it's not a complete failure, though.

Guess when I get it at Christmas it'll be fully patched. Messed up HDR is a thing (some games really have a bad implementation of it thus making them look washed out). GT Sport and ironically HZD are great examples of HDR done right.

I play fighting games occasionally these days and only a handful of franchises (Street Fighter, MK and KOF) so your experience has to count for something 😉 Thanks for the feedback on KOF XV. How would you rate the graphics? I wasn't a fan of XIV for that particular reason. The screenshots and youtube clips suggest SNK improved the game in that department but there's no demo to check it out (or I don't know about one) as opposed to KOF XIV.

Let's hope so. SF has been one of my favourite fighting games since SF2. At the moment I'm considering getting King of Fighters XV but I'll wait for @shonenjump86 to play it first and give us his thoughts on it. I hear he's kind of an expert on fighting games in these parts 😉

Played SF5 quite a bit (including online) but I'll wait for a complete edition of 6 before I start playing. Capcom's greed when it comes to this series is immesurable. Not DoA cringeworthy, but getting there.

Dying Light please. The first one, the better one.

I actually tried the original Mafia on PC via GOG but bounced off of it due to frustrating driving physics and controls (at least to me). It's so refreshing to play a linear, plot-heavy game with so many empty, fetchquest-riddled open world snoozefests coming out these days. How's Disco Elysium? It's been on my radar for some time now.

Yes, you do (need to ask). I'm enjoying the hell out of Mafia Definitive Edition and Cyberpunk 2077 (I caved and started my 3rd playthrough on PS5). CP2077 is like a completely different game. It looks great and plays great.
Also, Mafia DE has arguably the best gunplay in TPP games and the animation of people being shot, falling after being shot. Did I mention great plot? Yeah, loving it.

I'll get it when it's half price. Loved the first and this will be no different, I'm sure. Instead, I'm loving Mafia DE at the moment and I've just got Resident Evil Village in the ongoing sale so I'm set.

Already completed it twice (on XSX and PS5 back compat) and had a blast. I've already installed the native PS5 version. Going for that 3rd playthrough as soon as I'm done with Mafia DE. Gotta make it till March as then it's all GT7 till May/June.

Whew. So glad I stopped using discs midway through PS4's lifecycle. No issues here with the digital version.

I'm tempted by RE Village at this price, but I'm saving my money for GT7 next month. Oh well, it'll be even cheaper down the line.

I'll probably fire it up just to see the improvements. I finished my 2nd playthrough of this game like 4-5 months ago.

That's what I did when I played Forza Horizon 5 on XSX. Quality mode looks magnificent, but the game felt sluggish at 4K/30. There's just no coming back from 60fps goodness once you've tried it. Same will be true for HFW.

That makes two of us! I actually played through it twice (on Series X and PS5) and it runs and looks great already. Hyped for some more CP2077 goodness.

Even though I have a PS5 and I really liked Spider-man I still haven't played MM and don't really feel like it. Still seems too expensive for what it is. As much as I liked Spider-man, I wish we got a new Batman game from Rocksteady, instead of what they're actually working on.

I've finished U4 from Legacy of Thieves Collection and moved on to Resident Evil: Revelations. I'm hoping to finish 1 and 2 before March 4th. Then it's going to be Gran Turismo 7 only till May/June I imagine 😁

Or maybe putting it at the front is a sign of things to come? (Spartacus)
