@DennisReynolds Nope, censor is not redesign, somehow western gaming corporation people don't have problem with full nudity in baldur gate 3, cyberpunk, witcher 3, or even full on sex scene on tlou 2, but when it comes to asian games they suddenly become very conservative and want to cover up the protagonist. Different standard for different country (asian vs western), I think it's called racist.

@naruball No, where it comes to remaster I don't want anything removed, especially when I bought the game and see the poster, and suddenly the devs patch it up to remove it. If they remove it, do it from the beginning, not when gamers already purchase the game.

With this and stellar blade censor shenanigans I don't think I'll ever trust western gaming corporations again when they hyping their latest games, it's really scummy to censor their games after getting the players money. It's good that this game change back the censor though.

@naruball It's not funy when some corporations change the game after players bought the game with their money, it's called false advertising. Unless they can gave the players refund, but of course they won't do that.

@ShogunRok This game reminded me of swords of ditto, I really like the visual style of that game but the gameplay just isn't good enough, I really want to like that game.

I just want more exclusive, I think the only ps5 exclusive I'm interested this year is just stellar blade.

Maybe squareenix should make a ps4 version too, or launch with a pc version since ps5 user base isn't as big as ps4 yet. And maybe people though final fantasy 7 remake is a, well, remake, rather than sort of sequel/new story.

I like the first game though, it's one of the best ps4 exclusive back then imo. I want to play this sequel too but there's just too many games in my backlog, I need to finish a couple of my backlog games first.

I'll stick to buying games at discount rather than subscribing which basically just games rental.

The gameplay looks fun and the music is good too, there's a lot of slowdown though so maybe they should clean it for ps5 port.

I'm glad sony 100% backing this game, and shift up decision to release the demo is the right one, I remember preordering nier automata back then on ps4 after I tried the demo. Can't wait for this game

Rather than hellblade 2 I prefer gears of war or halo mcc collection on ps5. Add 4K & 60 fps support and I'll buy it at $60, add steelbook and good manuals I'll get it even at $70 😃

I hope there's permutation on some of the dress, like maybe dress that strengthen the gun but lower the sword damage or vice versa to keep the gameplay interesting 😃

I usually play games in normal mode, but for this game I'll play this on hard difficulty. And that's my reason to use the skin suit the whole game 😂

I'll buy it first day if they make the sequels, even maybe the special edition 😃

It sells like crazy in here, the switch region 1 (usa / middle east) physical version is still out of stock here in my country, only the europe/uk version is available, which is not ideal since I played the demo on my switch usa account (7 plus hours) and want to continue it.

There's just too many bloat on AAA games development, I remember back in the old doom days most of developers are friend that just make games together, like indie games now. I think AAA games should scale back and focus on gameplay rather than movie-like cut-scenes.

I hope borderland 4 will have better story than borderland 3, maybe take-two should hire borderland 1 writer for the sequel.

They're in the last (3rd) place and yet they make 2 console that need to be supported, no wonder publishers are abandoning xbox now.

Don't get me wrong, I like xbox series s and I think it price is really good but maybe microsoft should just release one console that either more powerful and the same price as ps5, or just release the series s (without x version) and focus on making it way cheaper than ps5. Right now I think microsoft will be in better place if they only have series s that already discounted to $200, or $300 but with 1TB ssd storage.

I remember playing the original 3D game on pc way back then, the game is hyped but the end result is just an okay game.

Looks good, it's basically suikoden 1&2 psone sequel. I think I'll get this if the story is at least as good as the psone games 😃

I tried it on xbox gamepass back then, when I still have my xbox series console, it's a good game but I don't like it's a rhythm game.

VR just doesn't cut it for gaming, in the end gamers prefer playing in big tv or pc monitor. I tried psvr1 once, it's cool but after 1 week I sold it again since I prefer playing normally on tv.

A couple of my friends also tried my psvr1, the effect varied, from just slight dizziness for my one friend, and nearly throwing up for my other friend 😅

Wayforward nailed the game, even the story is interesting. I do think the music is weak though, they just need to update the classic music rather than making change to it, the original music is still there but they change it too much.

Forget about exclusives, in the following few years (western) publishers will be asking is it even worth making AAA games anymore, and I don't even want to know the cost of making (western) AAA games for next-gen console like ps6 or whatever microsoft call their latest xbox.

In the end nintendo is right leaving the AAA graphics race and focusing more on gameplay and not making powerful console.

I remember exosuits being broken on helldivers 1, it's too op and make the game become really easy, like cheating. I hope exosuits in helldivers 2 is more balanced.

@SweetSummerShunv Although my oled tv has both 4K and HDR, it didn't support 120hz, so 60 fps is more than enough for me

@ZhuckelDror But it is though, when most people go online to play games, they play live service games or multiplayer games, not streaming single player games. There's still people that use the service, but it's just a small part compared to people that play locally.

Man remember when people think streaming and subscription is the future for games, in the end it's traditional games and live service games that win out in the end.

Most gamers didn't want streaming services (that's why they fail all the times), and the rest of casual gamers just play mobile games rather than streaming assasssin creed/call of duty on their phones.
