Why do UBI always seem to employ the most lifeless, emotion-free voiceovers for the trailers, this one sounds like a depressed Alexa.. anyways very much looking forward to this on Thursday, hopefully a nice pallette cleanser for the series after the painful slog of Valhalla.

I fear the worst for Fall Guys, still enjoy playing it with friends and having a drunken laugh trying to even make sense of the chaos unfolding around you.

Full proper Live Service games are at their max capacity, there is literally room for no more. I think the only way forward for Live Service will be things like Gran Turismo, Or AC Valhalla, big single player games that get updated with new live content over a period of 3/4/5 years.

A lot of people might end up missing him I think if the right person isnt put in place of him. I didnt think he was a very personable CEO, but I suppose its not his job to be, its only an added bonus. He's said some utterly baffling things over the years, but he's been more often good for the brand than not.

I hope Cerney gets the job, he's got the knowledge, experience, is a gamer, and is pretty much well liked by everyone.

I cancelled Netflix a long time ago but the Castlevania series was top tier stuff, if its anything like that i'll be in.

I give 7. Great Kombat, Beautiful Kombat but the lack of single player stuff is a massive bummer. Invasions is dull and Its just tooooo grindy and I absolutely cannot be bothered with overly grindy games of any kind anymore, lifes too short, games too many.

@ShogunRok Dont think People are really saying that at all, no doubt its a grand list of games, but these aren't "playstation" games like the headlne infers, barring one game these are all being released on Xbox, PC, Switch and most of them are still being released on last gen as well. People are just poking fun of that really, and also Sony have been V quiet on the 1st party front for next year and beyond, which is unusual really.

And none of them are first party games, whats going on over there Sony?

I would prob give it an 8, but the review is pretty much where Im at with it. Invasions is tedious and dull, and im already struggling to want to keep playing it, I really would rather have had the Krypt, it feels more in keeping with the games tone than a weird board game-esque thing.

Also the less Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade the better, there are far more interesting and exciting characters to be found than these 2 most obnoxious Yay America! Cringe Quip commentary sterotypes.

Im still baffled that you cant use Sonys own Top of the range wireless headphones with the PS5, I have the WF-1000XM4 earbuds and it would have been pretty nice to be able to use them while gaming.

That last patch pretty much killed me and my friends playing of it, we went from playing every night and weekends to just abandoning it after playing post patch. Cant see any of us going back to it for quite a while!

Dreams really is at Deaths Door bum tish Dreams should have been given away right at its launch, it might've stood more of a chance, so giving it away while its just about to have servers chopped is an odd move.

Madness, we literally have a handful of true blue PS5 games, and they've maybe not really pushed the PS5 as far as it can go, The PS4 had a solid catalogue of PS4 only games when the Pro came out, so I could see the point of it, esp as some of those games were pushing the limits of a PS4 standard.

To me it just seems like greed and a massive smack in the face to everyone whose finally been able to get one after 2 years consistently low availability, and im assuming 4K 60fps with Raytracing as standard would be the main push, but I dont think that will justify the price they would presumably ask for it.

Just seems like the wrong time imo, gives off bad vibes really.

Hands up who guessed that most big PS5 games would come in at £52ish LOL my wallet is absoultely fine in this "mega sale" PS Store has a problem, their sales are now dreadful, predictable and full of the same games rotated in a 6 week cycle.

They are always the same price on sale, and theres very rarely any big surprises you might find to tempt you, its same old,.same old.

Gotta make that room for even more womens clothing!
Also kinda sad, that the only physical place left you can buy physical games is Game or Cex and well....

Its absolutely dreadful, a complete shambles of a game. Idea is fun, but its just terrible and I dont think x amount of patches will make this game anywhere where it needs to be. Expensive junk-ware!

This was a miserable experience, tried it for an hour and just Nope, see also that Ratborne game, felt like my controller was about to break just moving about. Pretty dreadful month!

Good news! It also just reminds me that I only just noticed something the other day, that highlighting a game on your home page ribbon now tell you how many hours you've played a game for, I have no idea when this was introduced but thought it was pretty cool.

Capcoms' re-emergence is a thing of beauty and we love to see it! I hope they keep growing and take some of that new confidence and push it into a new IP or two.

Giving it a solid 8! The atmosphere and world is incredible as is the attention to detail, but what brings it down for me, is the incredibly clunky movement, one min your sprinting then its just a dead stop for no reason, camera movement is also a bit janky, so its not perfect, but its a great game despite those little flaws.

This is both sad and depressing.

After watching a couple of early gameplay streams, I waggled my wand and ordered, looks great fun!

Surprising? How is anyone suprised that another average live service game and one based on dodgeball at that is shutting down? Im honestly surprised its lasted 9 seasons really!

Lines up with my gut instincts about PSVR2.. while the tech is impressive, its just too expensive for many people, esp these days and when theres so few games ready at launch. I dont think it will catch on they way they were hoping it would this time round, but also has been mentioned several times the guy behind this "news" is a proven liar and a hack, so it all remains to be seen.

This reminds me, I loaded up Anthem the other day, a crying shame it was abandoned it had all the makings of a great game.

Actually "feel bad" for Ubi, they were on a pretty decent roll with AC Origins / Odyssey, The Division and Far Cry 4 / Primal last gen, but the whole unmentionable scandal, and the soulless bloat of Valhalla, Far Cry 5 and the trash that was Watchdogs Legion and Riders Republic and the never ending delays of this game and the doomed Prince of Persia remake just make them seem creatively bankrupt and out of date, Hope they can regain that spark somehow, perhaps scaling back on the size of their games might be a path to follow.

Honestly, Valhalla put me off the modern AC games and I adored Origins and Odyssey. So Mirage just sounds like the perfect pallete cleanser before whatever this live service AC Hub nonsense they have planned is. Hoping we see some gamplay soon, but im not expecting this to release until Q4 or early next year.

PS5 will only begin to shine when the shackles of crossgen have been removed, but im very much looking forward to FF 16 next year though.

But I can absolutely recommend Oxenfree and Nobody Saves The World which will cos you less than £14 for both. And Sonic Orgins is a very decent price as well.
