Honestly Im so dissapointed with MK1, easily one of the worst in all of MK history, I dropped off and deleted within 10 days, the trash they replaced the Krypt with was, def a choice and I never gelled with the cameo stuff, and then the insane grinding to upgrade each character and cameo. NO THANKS.

I'm another whose not getting the offer to renew or extend at a discount, its pretty shoddy all round, offer it to everyone or not at all really.

I watched this live yesterday (surprised by how low budget the whole thing was) but the fact that Helldivers 2 and Final Fantasy Rebirth won most of the awards, and then for this to win game of the year was.... odd!

Managed to snatch a new copy of Final Fantasy Rebirth on disc for £35, will do v nicely for a xmas gift!

If you're going to be spending this money, and don't have an OLED TV, get the TV instead, it will make a far bigger and instantly noticeable difference to your gaming.

The fact that 30 fps is STILL a thing on the "MoSt PoWeRfUl CoNsOlE eVeR" is just a nonsense, I thought the whole point of the Pro was to remove this option, at least thats how it comes across in the Marketing of it.

Oooft, what an ending to this whole story, not even a second chance to redeem themselves with another game. Flop games come and go all the time, but I dont think theres been anything quite like this, maybe since ET? Wonder if the episode of that Amazon series will go ahead or canned at the last minute.

Fairly obvious at this point its not a glitch, as you would think they would come out and say so if it was. The fact they haven't said a single thing about any of it, speaks volumes.

Its probably a glitch but also I wouldn't put it past Sony this generation to also remove it.

Like others said, AAA creativity is dead, buried and it aint coming back until the money men go and dev prices come down. You're literally paying £75 for the same old thing every time.

AAs and Indies is where all the creativity is, the games ive had most fun and spent most time with this year are Balatro, Vampire Survivors and Palworld, anytime ive dipped into AAA this year its just felt cold and soulless.

I dunno, I don't think going F2P will save it save it, sure there will be the initial spike of curiosity and people checking it out to see, but the issue for most people seemed to be the ugly character designs and not enough unique modes to play, if they could somehow fix them at the same time as going F2p, then it might find a niche audience it can expand from? Stranger things have happened!

Very much enjoyed the first even though I was garbage at it, but had lots of fun trying and being in the world, so good to see its success!

I would love for Sony to look at producing 1st Party AA games for release on PS5/PC, honestly that's where the money can be found, all this hundreds of millions of dollars and 6-7 years for a single beige game is unsustainable.

Sad to think that in the past 18 months I've literally only bought 2 AAA games, most of the games I've played in that time frame have been Indies and AA games on sale, and honestly, had much more fun with them than the AAAs. Pretty much the polar opposite of the PS4 gen for me.

Really is a shame they couldn't have had a small single player campaign in the game, would serve as nice little intro to the world / story etc would have at least got me to consider buying it, as it is, PVP only games aint my bag, so wish them luck, they gonna need it!

Absolutely insane pricing, for the tiniest of differences. Add on the attachable disc drive for another £100 and thats £800 in the UK. At that price BUY A PC.

Taking 8 years to make a game only for it be kill switched after 14 days...would you ever want to make a game again? but perversely, the physicals are being Flogged for upwards of a £/$100 on ebay already.

And it'll prob be the most viewed of all the episodes out of sheer curiosity!
