I'm subscribed to December. I'm fine with that, as I've only paid for half a year. But if there isn't a massive PS1, PS2 and PS3 Christmas games dump then I'll be off, as will many others, I'm guessing

@Hurblyburbly Stick with it, you'll get there! I'll also be happy with just getting to the end. I always have a quick look at the trophy list before I start a game (providing there are no spoilers) and this list raised an eyebrow. Now I've started the game, both eyebrows have jumped clean off my face.

I'm hoping for a better story in VI. I thought V's writing was adolescent and the humour felt stale. I've been playing Mafia III recently and the fact that the game's script and the radio stations aren't constantly trying too hard with the gags just makes the world feel a little more immersive.

A story with the depth of feeling, and undercurrent of tragedy we saw in RDR I and II, plus a world as vibrant as GTA V - that would be a dream for me.

When the kids aren't hogging the PS5 with Star Wars Battlefront II, I've downloaded Mafia 3, in the hope of finally finishing it after a three-year hiatus.

Also playing through Man of Medan with my better half, which we're enjoying. It's all gone a bit pear shaped mind - I may have accidentally killed off a couple of characters last night with some questionable decisions.

Re: Poll: Are You Playing Stray?

I have two cats. They do my head in. One of them was brought up by a dog. The dog took him under his wing when he was a kitten. Now he thinks he's a dog too. He stands with his arse sticking out of the cat litter tray, pooing on the floor - because his head is in the box, he thinks his whole body is in. Also he chases his tail, and howls at the door when my wife goes out. The other cat thinks he's an absolute embarrassment, I can see it in her eyes.

I can't even remember what I'm doing here. Is this just a safe space for us to vent about our annoying pets?
