Re: Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Looks Truly Spectacular in PC Features Trailer

@LogicStrikesAgain They decided it's bad and pushing this narrative so it must be true. Ignore all the reviews.

I didn't even play the game but can get an idea of what the consensus around it is...there are times I don't agree with the general consensus on a game but lately I can see that, in any field of information, facts and logic can be bypassed without a care in the world.

Re: Bayonetta Turns 15, Announcements Planned to Celebrate

One of my favourite action games ever! Lovely mechanics, charismatic lead and lots of SEGA’s history sprinkled on top. It would be lovely if they somehow managed to buy back the publishing rights from Nintendo and were able to bring the second game to PC and other consoles as they did with the Wonderdul 101, huh!
I am super grateful that Nintendo published the sequel when everybody rejected it but I feel like this would do much better as a brand on other platforms.
Number 2 was my favourite!

Re: The Last of Us 2 PS5 Pro Is Yet Another Version of a Great Game

Sooner or later I will play this darn game. Must be doing something good to piss off all the alt-righters 😛 I found the first one a very emotional but very basic game but maybe the gameplay will be more surprising in the sequel!

@GamingFan4Lyf gotta say that in a generation of endless fill price Nintendo remasters and ports because they couldn’t even manage to maintain the same store system for 2 consoles, the many fee updates and the few 10$ ones are nothing but a good thing 🤷🏼‍♀️

Re: SEGA Heaps Praise on Atlus Following Strong Metaphor: ReFantazio Sales

My initial enthusiasm for the Metaphor slowly simmered down and I had to force myself to finish it. The performance issues and general lack of visual charm of the game didn't help but the real "problems" for me lied on a deeper level.

After being a great supporter of Atlus for years, I find myself kind of over their RPGS. I thought about it and what is getting to me is that the structural elements of their products are far too evident and predictable and I feel like I am going through the motions and repeating a game loop that I can anticipate a little bit to well and hinders any sense of adventure.

There are elements of Metaphor that I commend and the story is somehow entertaining but I hope they can come up with gameplay ideas and structures that feel a little more daring and adventurous and less "I have done my homework" in the coming years.

Re: Final Fantasy 7 Remake's Third Entry 'Won't Cheat' with the Airship

The way the “airship” was implemented in XV was technically impressive, interesting and weird (like the whole game tbh) so I am curious to see what they’ll do.

This team has my complete trust. I liked Remake and with Intergrade I started to think they really knew what they were doing. With Rebirth they just gave us what I consider the best modern JRPG I played. Finger crossed 🤞🏻 for goty awards season.

Re: Review: PS5 Pro - An Impressive Yet Inconsistent Upgrade

I am honestly loving it and having a blast playing on it but it’s definitely not a product everyone will enjoy…you should know yourself (and the technology around you!) and decide! I find it much more noticeable than last gen’s upgrade, game-changing at times, and this was a no brainer for me. I wish the Switch got a similar upgrade 4-5 years ago.
